After a sharp bend in a westerly direction, the Nahle under a bridge crosses the Leutzsch-Wahrner connecting line; from here south lies the forest on the king oak, north of the forest Möckernscher angle.

The Nahle is a short course of the Elster-Luppe system in the northern Leipzig floodplain forest.
The running water I. order is today 2.7 kilometers long. It begins at the northwest end of the Elster basin (district of Leipzig) and flows into the Neue Luppe, which has a level of 99.6 m above sea level.
