The small Romanesque church was built around 1250 by Premonstratensian monks from Magdeburg. It was built from rubble stones and consists of a main nave with a small apse. Inside the church there is still a winged altar from the 15th century, an oak baptismal table, remains of stalls, a pulpit and the gallery, some with the names of the donors.
