"With the evening sun and the westerly wind at our backs, we embrace the Scheldt and then return along 'Het Stort' = nature reserve.
At the bottom of the dike, basket weavers sit by their cute little polder houses and bid us farewell… At the height of the Gloriette, they return to their shovels and baskets.
On the other side, the skyline of Temse lights up. The 'Vinegar sure' have come home.
Darkness has set in…
