The Naturfreundehaus is located on the south-western edge of Weilheim, hidden in a small forest. The car park is next to the THW and the entrance to the Naturfreundehaus is next to where the Tiefenbach flows into the Ammer. The Krug's Family Hostel has been welcoming its guests to the Naturfreundehaus Weilheim since August 2020. The restaurant has a beer garden and a large adventure children's playground with a spacious garden area. There is a tent possibility on the meadow behind the playground.
