A small and attractive chapel of the Vatican City State. The chapel was built in the Gothic style and dedicated to St. Jakob, at an altitude of 864 m. On the foundations of a wooden building, in 1847, with the donation of Baron Kumler, a stone building was built. Architect J. Dezler reconstructed it in 1935. The chapel is a cultural asset whose restoration is financed by Croatian citizens, as well as many other sacred buildings, because the Vatican does not finance the maintenance of its property.

The chapel can be easily reached because it is located next to Sljemenska cesta, which is served by cars and buses. Behind the chapel, there is a rest area with benches that offers a beautiful view of the city of Zagreb and part of Posavina.
