The Kirchhain sculpture trail is the result of civic engagement in our city. Some of the artistic suggestions came from the citizens of Kirchhain, who were also involved in financially supporting the overall project.

The sculpture trail is approximately two kilometers long. It connects the train station with the Erlensee. It leads through the pedestrian zone, the heart of Kirchhain's city center, past the "Große Mühle". It crosses the Annapark (designed by the Siesmayer brothers) and continues to the Erlensee.

The path leads into a nature reserve with an extraordinary diversity of flora and fauna. You can visit an acoustic station in which nature becomes “audible”. Blind people are thought of in a special way. The nature trail and an associated tree trail are signposted for blind people using braille.
