Kreuzthal–Eschach Road via Buchenberger Forest

From Kreuzthal towards Buchenberg it only rises very slightly! It gets steeper and steeper until the high point at the Eschacher Weiher ... in the end there are two serpentines through the Buchenberg forest. From up there at the Eschacher Weiher you can go downhill from Buchenberg to Kempten! To the city limits (Rotkreuz) 9 km 320 m :-)In the opposite direction, from Eschacher Weiher to Kreuzthal, it is very easy to slip through the slipstream. It runs after the two serpentines to Kreuzthal or further to Schmidsfelden (total 11 km 280 m) relatively straight / clear.

Cool and lonely, often drivable only from March

Kreuztal to Eschach really nice, through a beautiful valley with little traffic. At the top, a great view, if you want you can take a dip in the Eschacherweiher.
