By Hann. Münden, the Weser Cycle Path follows the narrow loops of the Weser through the Weserbergland.
The Weser cycle path has a special feature: there is no “Weser spring”!
In "Hann. Münden" the rivers "Fulda" and the "Werra" join to form the "Weser".

Very nice bike path. It is paved and offers just enough space for two cyclists side by side. There is no shadow on the way.

Earth Dutchman with sailing wings and compass rose.
It was built at the time on the high western bank of the Weser in the district of Thoren (=Trum) as a replacement for a water mill that was often out of use due to a lack of water. The original facility was opened in 1927. T. converted into a motor mill that is still essentially functional today using “modern” milling machines (aspirator, trieur, peeling machine, roller mill and classifying machines) using the old grinding gears.
