Waldhorn Bridge

The stone bridge was built between 1740 and 1742 as a flood-proof pipeline for transporting brine from the mine mouths to the boiling plants on the Wöhrd. It is one of the last remaining testimonies to the important saltworks history of the town of Sulz am Neckar. The bridge was originally 5.90 m wide and was widened in 1905 and 1985.
