    Hiking

St Helen's Oratory is an atmospheric ruin which dates back as far as Roman times. The tiny early Christian chapel is located in a field at Cape Cornwall. An ancient cross was discovered on the site in the mid-19th Century but was lost when a successor at the vicarage purportedly threw it down a well. The current cross on the chapel is one that was found nearby.
