In the middle of the 17th century, the Bruggenbosch farm stood here. In 1910, a coach house and horse stable were added by the then owner. The large house that stood here was eventually demolished in 1953 and a new house was built in a different location in 1973.

Hiking

The first mention of Bruggenbosch dates from 1625. The property was then owned by a Ten Bruggen family, from which the toponym Bruggenbosch is derived. In 1955, the neoclassical country house that stood on the property was demolished. In 2013, preparations started to restore the country house at the same location. In 2017 that was a fact.
