section 10,The Deutsche Alleenstraße is a holiday route that runs through the whole of Germany - from the Baltic Sea to Lake Constance - and is around 2,900 km long, mostly along tree-lined avenues. It is Germany's longest holiday route and began in sections in 1993. The project is supported by the association Arbeitsgemeinschaft Deutsche Alleenstraße e. V., which is made up of ADAC, the German Tourism Association and the German Forest Protection Association, as well as other institutions.
