Great "nature bike park" in the middle of the forest. There are two departures. One is more of a flow trail, the other more of a jump line. A highlight are the partly particularly high bank curves, which would make one or the other "real" bike park jealous :-)
A good starting point is the Schöllerhof car park in Odenthal. From here it is not far to the Murmel Trail.
