Former bridge keeper's house with regionalist features from around 1931, near the former inn "'t Schranske", founded by the city in 1752 near the Maesfort bridge, sometimes called Schrankens bridge ever since.
Recently refurbished house, located in the middle of a park. Detached and basement single house of three bays and one storey under a mansard roof (ridge parallel to the street, slates) with small dormer windows. Brick with natural stone processing for wall ties, corner blocks, frames and intermediate sills. Arched wall openings. Wooden cornice.
