After some research when I get home, it becomes clear to me that there are six burial mounds here, of the eighteen that are located throughout the forest. It's a special place. Now about 25 meters from the hiking trail you see a number of small hills, completely overgrown with grass. I'm staring at it knowing those burial mounds are from thousands of years ago. People have been buried here for thousands of years and there are hills in the landscape. And so I'm standing there on an ordinary Sunday morning looking at it. Crazy actually…
