Parque Eduardo VII, located in Lisbon, Portugal, is a public park with an area of 26 hectares north of Avenida da Liberdade and Praça Marquês de Pombal. It was named in honor of King Edward VII of the United Kingdom, who visited Portugal in 1903. Before that, it was known as Parque da Liberdade. In 1945, Portuguese modernist architect Francisco Keil do Amaral redesigned the park. Within the park, the Carlos Lopes Pavilion and Estufa Fria, a 1.5-hectare greenhouse garden, are located. The park is also known for housing the largest Portuguese flag and for hosting the Lisbon Book Fair annually.
