A community owned pub with good ales and great food. Nice beer garden and loads of good walking from the door. The local campsite is good as well.

Open Wed to Fri: 17:30 - 23:30.
Sat: 12:00 - 23:30.
Sun: 12:00 - 22:00.

Nice place, that really feels like a local meeting place: I saw families dining together (it was (palm) Sunday), elders drinking tea together and chatting, ... and I felt just as warmly welcomed as a "strange" walker.
Another fact: the coffee house a little further on the A479, towards Tretower, is permanently closed (info April 2023). The Farmer's Arms is the only place nearby to have a drink.
