Nice little valley and gorge walk along the River Vrynwy with some wild swim spots and waterfalls. Parked at Pontrobert community centre, there's also a small carpark at Dolanog for a different start point

Beaulieu Woods, The Kymin & Wye Valley
Bluebells and wild garlic in abundance this time of year through the woodland upto the naval monument (views stretching over to the Brecon Beacons), accompanied by the meadow strolls along the River Wye back to Monmouth
