Tips
Climbing the observation tower is definitely worth it. The view is magnificent, and the path through the nature reserve is beautiful and easy to navigate, even without asphalt. However, it is very narrow in places.

The tour medium difficult of Meppen, so direction Haselünne and back is worthwhile only back through the recreation area! The first half to Haselünne is boring and barren. Interesting is only from Haselünne direction Meppen! That is really nice!
