Today the weather was beautiful and sunny with temperatures around 17 degrees and almost no wind, which 25 participants took advantage of for a nice tour past Aschendorf with the first break in Borsum. It continued past Brual-Siedlung and Stapelmoor with two more breaks before we drove back to Papenburg.

Today, according to the weather report, the wind wasn't supposed to be that strong, so I had planned to cycle to Ditzum again. But on the way there via Weener, I had a strong headwind, so by the time I arrived in Ditzum after 37 km, 2 bars of the 5-bar indicator were already gone.

After I had dropped off an Easter card at acquaintances' place, I rode past Hahnentanger See, on side roads and through settlements to Idafehn. Afterwards, I rode through Idafehn-Nord and Holterfehn to the Entlastungspolder Holter Hammrich and observed the birdlife there during a break. Via Backemoor

For the first Thursday after-work tour, 11 participants gathered despite the cold temperatures at 6:30 PM.

First, we went to the construction site of the new K 158 ring road to check on the construction progress.

Afterwards, we rode through Nenndorf and Tunxdorf for a short break at the Tunxdorfer Waldsee

Today's Tuesday tour took us over the Papenburg Obenende and the Automotive Testing Teststrecke bridge towards Bockhorst.

From Bockhorst, a gravel path of about 1.5 kilometers had to be overcome, and the reward was a great view over the Esterweger Dose, a re-wetted moorland.

Today I went on a reconnaissance tour towards Esterwegen. I rode through the Aschendorfer Obermoor and crossed the Küstenkanal near Börgermoor. The path around the Surwolder recreational lake was still very muddy and the "Café im Timpen" was in its winter break. Around Esterwegen, I cycled to the memorial

Today with my sons from Braunschweig on a beautiful route to Wolfenbüttel and further towards Cremelingen. From there we rode back to Braunschweig through the Riddagshausen nature reserve. Now on a totally overcrowded train back home.

Yesterday I traveled with my son by train to Braunschweig to cycle there with my son who lives in Braunschweig. First we went to the apartment to drop off our bags and then rode a lap on the Ringgleis, a disused railway line, around Braunschweig, making two detours to the Ölpersee and the Südsee.

Today, one of the tour participants had a milestone birthday and invited us to his home in Ihrhove for a small gathering. We didn't ride as many kilometers as usual on Tuesdays because the gathering was very cozy.

With sunshine, I rode through Westoverledingen and via Backemoor to Amdorf, crossing Germany's narrowest bridge over the Leda. After a coffee break, I went cross-country towards Stickhausen and crossed the Jümme before heading back to the Leda. From Potshausen, I rode home via Holte, Rhaude, the Ostfriesland
