Hiking

A tunnel that leads you through the ancient rocks of the Grand Canyon. There is also a rest area with restrooms. Water is available here from May to October. From the North Kaibab Trailhead it is about 1.5 miles (2,5 kilometers) to hike to the Supai Tunnel, which is located at 6,800 feet (2,073 meters) above sea level (and thus about 1,500 feet (500 meters) below the North Rim).
