This stately forest lane is one of several paths and lanes in the woods where there's plenty to see and do. The Hillenrader woods, where you're walking along this lane, are part of Hillenraad Castle. Incidentally, a count was once buried near where you're standing. And there was even an ostrich race in these woods. But the lane itself is definitely worth a visit.
