Unfortunately, the Bernhardstein is a bit overgrown at this point, so that the view through the trees can be guessed at. The signposted Bernhardstein viewpoint offers a better view in the direction of Schwedenschanzen and Taufstein.

The path here is heavily overgrown—partly with blackberries—and you won't find the kind of view you'd find on other plateaus. Nevertheless, it's a very idyllic spot.
