Beautiful old town. A tourist highlight. Still not as crowded as Rothenburg or Bamberg. Therefore, an extra plus for the great atmosphere in Nördlingen.

Nördlingen was a thriving place in the Middle Ages because it was on an important trade route at that time. Its cityscape has changed little over the centuries. We would describe it as a mini Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Beautiful half-timbered houses and Renaissance architecture can be seen in the city center. The circular city wall and its imposing towers invite you to take a tour.
