    At the location of this highlight you have no view over the valley. The view and the iron sandstone blocks that are depicted are quite a bit earlier and "on the other side" of the mountain, quite soon after you have completed the "ascent" of the Voortberg have begun, coming from the chapel. Or in other words: the location is not correct, the view is always worth it, in every season. There are also other viewpoints, for example at the part of the vineyard and at the lawn at the top (if you walk to the edge; see the photos).
