About 200 m south of Walddorf was the "Hanka saw" The manorial sawmill built in 1868. Already in 1884 it was abandoned due to a lack of wood. A small hunting lodge was built on the ruins by Count Kotz von Dobrz around 1913. In 1945 it is said to have been set on fire by the Americans when they occupied the border area.
