This farmhouse can be included, like many of the buildings scattered in the Castelverde countryside, among the fortified agricultural buildings. And it is, among these, one of the most curious, if not its structure, completely traditional, certainly for the fairy-tale taste of the romantic additions, with their reference to a fictional Middle Ages. It is nineteenth-century neo-castellan architecture.
