"City of Towers" could be enriched by an observation tower in the future. What is meant is the Juliusturm in the city park - popularly known as the mud or mouse tower. Water still flows through the tower. Any other use of the tower had not previously played a role at the AZVD. But now the sewage association wants to touch the tower. The Stadtpark working group agrees to the idea of turning the Julius Tower into a visitor attraction.
