The Alte Post is a listed residential and commercial building in Krefeld. The Buschwachter building is located in the south-west of the city center on the corner of Dreikönigenstrasse and Steinstrasse.
The building was planned by Karl Buschhäuter, who also designed other houses in Krefeld and the surrounding area, on behalf of the widow Krieger and built in 1904 in Art Nouveau style. The "Alte Post" owes its name to a post office that was originally located in the basement.
