Mountain biking

From 1274 to 1803 Rothenburg was an imperial city. After the Thirty Years War, the city lost its importance. Although it remained the center of an extensive country area and a cultural center, it only developed gradually, which largely retained the old townscape. In the 19th century the city "petrified" not least because of its border location with Württemberg.
