There are daily flights between Pokhara Airport and Jomsom during daylight hours in good weather. Due to the strong winds from midday, the flights are early in the morning just after sunrise. Until the end it always remains exciting whether the flight would take off. Depending on the weather and visibility, the flight is often cancelled at short notice. The flight to Jomsom is a visual flight and always a challenge for the pilots.
