Very good alternative to get to the Schauinsland more quietly and to avoid a large part of the Schauinslandstraße. Significantly lower volume of motorized vehicles. At the top, there are paths via the forest autobahn to Holzschlägermatte or the last stretch of Schauinslandstraße. If the weather is good, you can also get over the forest highway with somewhat more robust or wider racing bike tires.
