On the house facade in Kirchgasse. 15 there is a commemorative plaque for the Munich Gate, also known as Kletthamer or Kapuziner Tor. It was first mentioned in the 15th century. In 1813 it was severely damaged by a storm and subsequently renovated. The demolition took place in April 1871 due to dilapidation. The gate was part of the old ring wall around Erding and one of a total of 4 city gates.
