The Olfener Doppelallee consists of stately oak trees and is a beautiful sight in every season. It is part of the connection between the Rauschenburg on the B 235 and the Alter Postweg, which leads directly to Lake Hullern and Lake Haltern. The entire route from the Rauschenburg to the Hullerner See leads exclusively on well-paved and low-traffic side roads, over 3.5 km even completely car-free.
The avenue ends directly at the Olfener Steveraue with its storks, Heck cattle, Konik horses and its Poitou donkeys.
The avenue is particularly beautiful in mid-February every year, when thousands of wild crocuses bloom here.
