The mountain is calling. There's a beautiful path up, which first leads along the warm Bode River, past the lower and upper Bode Falls, to the Alfred Riech Hut. Another 200 meters, and then a left onto a road that leads to the summit. A tough 3 km climb with gradients of up to 15%. From the top of the tower (or on the tower itself), you'll have a wonderful panoramic view. The tower on the Wurmberg was once the tower of the ski jump, which was built in 1922 but demolished in 2014 due to dilapidation. The route of the descent can still be seen from the back of the tower. There are also restaurants up there. Also interesting is the descent of the "monster scooters," which you can rent at the cable car valley station. There was too much hustle and bustle for me.
