Hiking
The church itself probably dates back to the early 15th century. Since the 13th century, a chapel has been used for spiritual care elsewhere. This was later converted into a residential building. The Waldensian trader Antoine Seignoret, who brought the potato to Württemberg, later lived there.
On October 29, 1865, the new, present-day St. Peter's Church was inaugurated with a service. The royal court architect Christian Friedrich (von) Leins had planned it in a historicizing style.

Wurmberg's landmark, the evangelical St. Peter's Church, is over 150 years old. The imposing sandstone building was inaugurated on October 29, 1865.
