A shelter with a bench. Nothing more, nothing less. Dr. Max Horster, lawyer and city councilor for the city of Bonn, was chairman of the Beautification Association for the Siebengebirge (VVS) from 1964 to 1971 and handed the city over to the advancing Allied troops on March 9, 1945.
