So-called "Ratmolen", located in an open landscape, protected environment, well-preserved medium-speed mill near the Molenbeek with lock and iron paddle wheel. What remains of the technical equipment is the decagonal tub (with one side missing due to the wall against the stream) made of bluestone, on which cast iron columns support the three pairs of millstones on the first floor; the transmission was via metal gears with wooden teeth; on the first floor there is a winnowing mill. At the beginning of the 20th century, the driving force was increased by means of a diesel engine that disappeared approximately 10 years ago: remains of the transmission shafts testify to this.

To the west, one and a half floors high, five bays wide, miller's house under gable roof (ridge perpendicular to the street), dating from 1823 according to the owner. White-painted anchored brick construction on plinth, older core from the 18th century. Lightly arched windows, lower windows with leakage sills and bluestone lintels. Basket arch door with sandstone frame with negative blocks.

Recent, unimportant appurtenances have been added around a narrow rectangular cobbled courtyard.
