Here it stands, 6 m high and made of styrofoam, appropriately near the Napoleon Tower and Arenenberg Castle. Apparently our Napoleon was also offered for sale to Arenenberg, but they didn't want it, probably because it wasn't weatherproof. And this is Napoleon I, not Napoleon III, who grew up on Arenenberg, which may have played a role in the offer being rejected. In Helsighausen, however, Napoleon I stands wonderfully protected from the weather under a large canopy and delights walkers and hikers, whether I or III. 😁.

the connection with Napoleon in this area is enormous. Whether it's a statue, tower, castle (Arenenberg Castle with Napoleon Museum), single trail name, etc. ... somehow connected to Napoleon.Emperor Napoleon grew up partly in Arenenberg Castle. He spent his childhood and youth on Lake Constance and learned the German language
