The Saint-Hubertus Chapel is a chapel in Offelken in the Belgian municipality of Tongeren in the province of Limburg. The chapel is located on the west side outside the hamlet in the meadows. It is surrounded by a cemetery with grave crosses dating from the end of the 16th and beginning of the 17th century. A Romanesque chapel was built in the 12th century. The chapel was originally dedicated to Saint Martin. In 1729, a new Baroque chapel was built on the site of the old chapel, whereby the old core was preserved. The new chapel was dedicated to Saint-Hubertus. Legend has it that this is where the meeting between Hubertus and the deer took place. The place is a place of pilgrimage against rabies and toothache.
