In 1964 Jakob Koch, called "Köbes", built this vineyard house in memory of his uncle. He was active in the Nazi resistance and saved the lives of many fellow prisoners in the Dachau concentration camp as Kapo and head of the disinfection department. Shortly before the camp was liberated, he fell ill and died.
