Hiking

The Halde Trages (sometimes also Hochhalde Trages) is an artificially heaped, plateau-like hill that was created when the Espenhain opencast mine was opened and was named after the neighboring village of Trages. The Trages heap is wooded and represents one of the highest elevations in the Leipzig administrative district.

Hiking

Running up and down the stairs multiple times has a good training effect.
