Stadsbierhuys de Waag is the oldest catering facility in the Netherlands. The building dates from 1478. The weigh house was created as a combination of weighing building and Stadsbierhuys. Today it is a place to relax and enjoy pastries, the extensive menu or one of the 60 beers.
