248 miles through those epic mountains?! That’s absolutely insane and insanely beautiful. How did your legs survive that elevation gain? 😄

    1. From Nävragöl, the route continues east through mixed forests and gentle farmland toward the coast. With less elevation gain on the last stage, the route is easygoing. Today, you’ll pass historic farmsteads, scenic woodland, and open meadows before reaching Kristianopel. This historic village was founded

    1. From Ronnebyhamn, the route heads north past open fields around Levalunda and Edestad, first passing Äggaboden Café, Restaurant & Farm Shop for refreshments and local produce. Farmland soon gives way to forest, with streams and small lakes dotting the landscape, leading up to the beautiful Listersjön

    1. The route starts in Sölvesborg, a medieval town where the old streets and St. Nicolai Church still give the center its character. From the train station, the trail leaves the coast and climbs into the beech forests of Ryssberget. At the top of this ridge, there are wide views over the drained lake Vesan
