The old one-man bunker by the water tower looks frightening. Who would want to have to stand alone at the fire station on a dark night, possibly in a hail of bombs? It's a good thing that these times are and will hopefully remain a thing of the past forever. Today it serves its purpose as a deterrent and that's a good thing.
