Schlosskopf Fortress and Viewpoint

Always nice in the Alps. Every patch is somehow the same but different.

The Schlosskopf (1250 m) is accessible for hiking and visiting, despite the castle ruins. From the top, you can enjoy unique views of the Reutte valley and beyond.There's also a summit cross here.

The Schlosskopf is not very high with its 1741 Hm but when you arrive at your destination you will be rewarded with a great view of the valley. The height difference from the starting point to the top is at 330m. Is also easy to reach for families with smaller children from 10 years I would say. You just have to take care of which side you like to climb! If you arrived at the suspension bridge leads only a very steep way up which is quite a bit of basic condition ahead. The slightly ascending path goes far left before.
