The campsite is located in the wine village of Oberhausen in the beautiful Nahe valley. The Nahe valley lies between the densely wooded Hunsrück in the north and the North Palatinate mountains in the south and between the rivers Moselle and Rhine. It is one of the driest regions in Germany and the Nahe valley is well known for its excellent quality wines. The region is rather quiet in terms of tourism and offers a varied variety of nature and culture.
The campsite is the starting point for many beautiful hiking and cycling routes, including the local cycle path. Leisure activities such as canoeing, swimming or fishing are also possible.

A beautiful campsite, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, not far from the Nahe River. The Dutch operators know their business and have transformed the site into an oasis of peace with lovingly designed and clean camping facilities.

Hikers, cyclists, and wine lovers in particular will find their money's worth in this beautiful area, as several hiking and cycling trails into the surrounding area start from the campsite.

There are also several museums and attractions in the area worth visiting. These include the open-air museum and the historic old town of Meisenheim.
