Located opposite the Seine, in the 13th arrondissement, the Austerlitz station receives more than 20 million visitors a year. Trains depart for west-central France and the Île-de-France region (via RER C). Commissioned in 1840, the station was rebuilt from 1862 to 1867 and classified as a historical monument in 1997, especially for its facades and roofs.
