Sint-Jansgeleen (formerly Heer Jans Geleen) is the historical location of a partly disappeared castle between Geleen and Spaubeek, on the northern edge of the municipality of Beek in the Dutch province of Limburg. Only the outbuildings of the castle, which was partly demolished in the 1930s, have been preserved.

The domain takes its name from the former house or castle of Spaubeek, which is referred to in the oldest sources as "dat huys tot Spaubeeck". In the fifteenth century, the castle was given the name "Heer Jans Geleen". This name refers to the three lords with the first name Jan, who owned the castle at that time. One of those lords was Jan II Rode van Opsinnich, who became lord of Spaubeek in 1476, and thus succeeded his father (who was also called Jan). The latter was in turn the legal successor of his brother-in-law, Jan van Werst. Thus, from the middle of the fifteenth century there were three lords with the same first name Jan in succession. The lordship was known from the fifteenth century as huys ende hoef van Lord Johans Geleen.

The Sint-Jansgeleen estate, located in the Geleenbeek valley near Spaubeek, is one of the most beautiful cultural and historical sites in South Limburg. Once a large castle complex, today the restored watermill, the castle farm, and the 18th-century castle chapel are the most visible. The estate is nestled in a green stream valley with mature trees, open meadows, and the babbling Geleenbeek stream. Hikers will find a combination of tranquility, nature, and history: from the medieval foundations of the now-defunct castle to the picturesque views over the valley. It is a place where centuries-old culture and Limburg nature seamlessly intertwine.
