Mooie korte wandeling langs het kanaal.
Bij start Kasteel Elsloo kan de route mooi verlengd worden door het omringende bos. Op het noordelijk punt (halverwege) is nog een mooi rustpunt Gasterei De Fontijn. https://www.gasteriedefontein.nl/

Mooie heuvelachtige wandeling door en rond het Savelsbos. Wandeling van zo'n 2 uur.
Lekker wandelen grotendeels door het bos met enkel lange open stukken en flinke klimmetjes.

Het Armenbos is een prachtig, heuvelachtig bronnenbos dat deel uitmaakt van het Natura 2000-gebied het Bunder- en Elslooërbos, gelegen op de oostelijke helling van het Maasdal nabij Bunde en Elsloo. Dit gebied staat bekend om zijn kalkrijke beken, bronbossen en bijzondere flora en fauna.

KOMOOT PROBLEMS.
No map on the screen while walking the route.
Voice navigation still worked correctly.
Close Komoot and restart on the mobile (Android) and the map is back on the screen, after 1-2 minutes no map again 😂.
When I got home, the route was NOT visible on other devices and PC.
